Stuck Forever In Fight

I was fighting Jellies and one of them killed his self in his turn.
After that he couldn't pass the turn and I got stuck in battle for ever until I had to re-log.

Its like that with all the mobs that are able to kill themselves with an aoe, like jellies, evil dandelion, ...

this problem has been known. it has something to do with the endfight action in the DB and ofcourse server file's ill be looking into that as we speak.
